CAM Program Introduction and Taster (Innovative Cooking Workshop)

Twenty of our S4 students participated in the Innovative Cooking Workshop at the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi). They learned how to pair ingredients to make desserts and even had their first attempt at making molecular gastronomy dishes. Through this experience, they discovered the joy of cooking and explored opportunities in modern catering management.
 
本校二十位中四同學參加了香港高等教育科技學院THEi的創新廚藝工作坊,學習如何搭配食材製作甜品,期間更初次嘗試製作分子料理,從中體驗廚藝樂趣及發掘現代餐飲管理的發展機會。
